Triangle Limousine Service procedures for PHL airport

For departures:

the limousine will pull up at the appropriate airline’s departure area. Driver will unload luggage from the vehicle. By federal law, the driver may not leave the vehicle to assist the client into the terminal.

For arrivals:

The driver will meet the client at the baggage pickup area for their flight. Driver will be holding a folder with the client’s last name on it. Triangle provides up to 30 minutes of free wait time on each airport arrival for you to deplane and obtain your luggage. If you do not meet your chauffeur or call the driver within 30 minutes of your plane landing we will consider you a "no-show" and you will be charged in full for the reservation. If client calls within allotted time frame to notify chauffeur that client will be delayed inside the terminal, charges beyond the 30 minutes will be billed in 30-minute increments.
